Indicative prices start near ₹71 Lakhs. The current plan shows more than 80% open space and a clubhouse of over 50,000 sq. ft. Forest Edge is still in the pre-launch and RERA-pending stage. Buyers should verify the final RERA number, approved master plan, apartment sizes and complete cost sheet before booking.

Prestige apartment prices in and near Konanakunte cover a broad range. Forest Edge has the lowest expected entry point at about ₹71 Lakhs, but this is an early estimate. Available and resale homes at Primrose Hills begin around ₹80 Lakhs and rise based on the size and phase.

Falcon City Luxe begins at around ₹1.40 Crore for a 2 BHK and reaches about ₹3 Crore for a 4 BHK. Ready homes in the existing Falcon City may cost more because the township is complete and resale prices depend on the exact apartment.

Primrose Hills is more suitable for buyers looking for a compact apartment and a lower starting budget. Forest Edge can suit early-stage buyers who are open to living a few kilometres farther along Kanakapura Road.

The final decision should be based on daily travel, budget, required BHK, project stage and complete cost. The closest project is not always the right one if its home size or possession period does not fit the family.
